Great Spider (グレートスパイダー) is the first exclusive boss (Stage 9) in the PC Engine CD port of the first Raiden game, Super Raiden.

Details

This boss appears as a pair of medium sized walker tanks, one yellow and one green. They both keep themselves vertically aligned with each other, mostly moving sideways. They attack by spreading bullets in all directions while at the same time shooting a stream of bullets in the player's direction.

Trivia

• This boss is very similar to the Ground Crawler from the second game, being more or less a miniature version of that boss.
